Acer palmatum 'Hanami nishiki'

This small leafed dwarf is one of the more rare forms of Japanese maple.  The yellow-green spring leaves may be edged with bronze, turning to green in the summer.  It is a very slow grower, only a few centimeters a year, makig it an ideal container plant.  After many years, the tree can reach a height of six feet with a spread as wide.  Come see our 14 year-old specimen!
