Thuja orientalis "Berkmanns gold"

Thuja orientalis 'Morgan'

This upright arborvitae maintains its dense foliage inn our hot Georgia summers.  Once established is reasonably drought tolerant.  This cultivar is so soft you could hug it!

Pinus mugo Sherwood compact

Pinus mugo 'Sherwood Compact'

As collectors, we enjoy trying mugos, but the caveat emptor being that they are very difficult to keep alive for extended periods.  They need good drainage, lots of water, but are on the edge of their heat tolerance here in Georgia.

Pinus strobus Hillside winters gold

Pinus strobus 'Hillside Winter's Gold'

This unusual pine turns a striking gold color in the winter, while returning to green in the summer months.

Cedrus deodara Prostrate beauty

Cedrus Deodara 'Prostrate Beauty'

This blue prostrate cultivar stays within 18 inches of the ground while spreading 3-4 foot wide.   Also, 'Feelin Blue' is a cultivar of similar form and habit.
